Account stuck

My account is stuck in dungeoneering floor 5 inside a wall. I can't move or teleport so there's nothing to do but stand there.

Also Please make the monster withing dungeons drop food!
It's impossible to get pack floor 7. I have tried many times and put several hours into dung so far, but floor 7 is impossible the way it currently is.

Give me the name, and i'll teleport it back.
