Requirements:
1.)Combat level: 80-95
2.)You can be any type of pker.
3.)You will need Alot of cash, just so you can buy good gear.

5.)At least 2 hours of game play for 5/7 days of the week.
6.)This one might be difficult for some but, one firecape.
7.)A clever K0 phrase.(explanation below.)
